Warranty

7-Day Cooling-Off Period

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, all consumers who purchase products through the official CHIEF HELMET website are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period starting from the day the order is received.

  • The 7-day period includes weekends and holidays and is counted from the date the item is signed for.

  • Return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days, based on the delivery receipt or postal mark.

  • Before sending back any item, please contact us first through the order communication system, our Facebook page, or the "Contact Us" section on our website.

  • Please provide the following information:
    Name / Phone / Address / Email / Order Number / Items / Reason for return or exchange.

  • We will get in touch within 1 working day (excluding weekends and holidays) to arrange return shipping.
    Please do not return any item without prior approval.

  • Keep the shipping receipt for future reference.


One-Year Warranty

All CHIEF HELMET products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
If any defect in materials or workmanship occurs within this period (non-human-caused damage), we will provide free repair service.

The following are not covered by the warranty:

  1. Scratches, wear and tear from regular use, damage from misuse, improper care, or accidents.

  2. Damage caused by unauthorized modifications to the product design.

  3. Failure to present a valid warranty card.

  4. Accessories are not covered under this warranty.


Repair Service During Warranty Period

  • If a product defect or malfunction occurs not caused by human or external factors, we offer free repairs during the warranty period.

  • You will be responsible for the shipping cost to send the item to us.

  • Once repaired, return shipping will be covered by CHIEF HELMET.

  • We reserve the right to reject items that show signs of misuse or external damage.


Repair Service After Warranty Expiration

  • For repairs after the warranty period, we will charge a service and parts fee.

  • Both shipping to and from our facility and repair costs must be covered by the customer.

  • If the required parts are discontinued and unavailable, we will suggest replacement with another product.


Warranty Card Requirement

The warranty card serves as proof of warranty service.
Please ensure all required information is filled in and stamped by the official CHIEF HELMET retailer or authorized dealer.

  • Warranty service will not be accepted if:

    • The card is incomplete

    • No stamp is present

    • The card is not provided
