Return Policy

If you encounter any issues with your product, please apply for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Kindly review the following guidelines:

If the product is found to be defective or not as described, please request an exchange within 7 days of receipt.

Once the visor film is removed, the product is considered sold. Please keep the item in its original condition and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

If you confirm a return or exchange is needed, please call CHIEF HELMET at +886-6-3563911. Our team will assist you in confirming the necessary details.

Only one exchange is allowed per order. For non-defective items, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

For defective item exchanges, please send us photos of the issue (e.g. damage, breakage, visible stains) before proceeding.

The returned/exchanged item must be in brand-new condition (no signs of use), and must include the receipt/invoice, original packaging, and hang tags (untampered).

Returns & Exchanges Will NOT Be Accepted for the Following Reasons:

Fading or shrinkage due to improper washing not following care label instructions.

Color discrepancies caused by monitor settings.

Damage caused by improper handling or human error.

Personal preferences or subjective opinions (e.g., feel of fabric, thickness, texture different from expectations).


Warranty & Repair:

All CHIEF HELMET products come with warranty and repair services. Most parts are replaceable, except consumable components.
