If the product is found to be defective or not as described, please request an exchange within 7 days of receipt.
Once the visor film is removed, the product is considered sold. Please keep the item in its original condition and contact us immediately if there are any issues.

Only one exchange is allowed per order. For non-defective items, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
For defective item exchanges, please send us photos of the issue (e.g. damage, breakage, visible stains) before proceeding.
The returned/exchanged item must be in brand-new condition (no signs of use), and must include the receipt/invoice, original packaging, and hang tags (untampered).
International return policy
